🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts
• Manage active caseload and client relationships
• Input and maintain data on Factor/client systems
• Develop contract templates and playbooks

📋 Requirements

• Law degree and/or legal qualification
• 4+ years drafting commercial contracts in law firm, ALSP, or in-house
• Client-facing experience with strong presentation skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Word
