💼 About This Role

You'll manage a portfolio of CMBS/CLO investments at a global advisory firm. You'll lead credit monitoring, underwriting, and investment recommendations. This hybrid role offers exposure to $40B+ AUM and mentorship of junior team members.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor credit performance of CMBS/CLO investments at all levels.
• Lead periodic re-underwriting and cash flow reforecasting.
• Develop actionable investment recommendations (hold/add/reduce/sell).
• Liaise with special servicers, master servicers, and trustees.

📋 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of relevant CMBS or CRE credit experience.
• Working knowledge of CMBS/CRE CLO deal mechanics and waterfalls.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Intex.
• Experience with property underwriting and financial modeling.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with SQL, Python, VBA, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Experience with fixed income analysis tools and price/yield analytics.
• Prior experience mentoring junior analysts.
