๐ผ About This Role
You'll serve as a dedicated Systems Engineer for Druva's strategic channel partner SHI in North America, driving technical relationships and enablement. Your core impact will be to modernize data protection for SHI's customers using Druva's 100% SaaS platform, directly contributing to revenue growth and partner self-sufficiency. This role stands out for its focus on building durable channel relationships that drive new business.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build and manage technical relationships within SHI to drive incremental revenue.
- Lead technical discussions on Druva's value proposition to clients.
- Develop and execute enablement plans with joint executive support.
- Gather and translate partner feedback to steer Druva's product roadmap.
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years in technical customer-facing roles with at least 3+ years as a Sales Engineer.
- 3+ years of pre-sales experience with enterprise software solutions (Backup/SaaS preferred).
- Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls) and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Experience with Identity Providers (Entra ID, Active Directory, Okta) and virtual environments (VMware, Hyper-V).

- Existing technical relationships within SHI.
- Experience with competitive data protection platforms and disaster recovery.
- Exposure to AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC) and Azure services (Azure VM, Azure SQL).
