Description

You will support the Regional Finance Team in Hong Kong, performing month-end closing financial analysis, handling accounting and taxation inquiries, and processing corporate payments. You'll also contribute to finance transformation projects and process improvements to ensure accurate financial records and efficient workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or professional accountancy qualification
• Minimum 3 years accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, or equivalent accounting standards
• Hands-on knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software/ERP
• High level of written and spoken English and Chinese

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end closing financial analysis and review general ledger, P&L, balance sheet under USGAAP and local GAAP
• Handle accounting and taxation enquiries from clients and assist with audit requirements
• Process payment requests, invoice settlements, and expense reimbursements with proper approvals
• Upload bank transactions and ensure reconciliation to internal systems
• Participate in finance transformation projects and define process improvements
