Description

You will lead a team of Project Financial Analysts, own the month-end close process for Middle East and India portfolios, and act as a strategic finance partner to business operations. Your role involves ensuring financial health across projects, interpreting complex contracts, and driving timely resolution of financial issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 7+ years of relevant experience including project accounting and team leadership
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition and project-based accounting
• Experience with Middle East markets; statutory audit experience preferred
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, with ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Project Financial Analysts, driving accountability and high performance
• Own month-end close for Middle East and India portfolios, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Manage project financial health including revenue, margin, unbilled, AR, and backlog
• Interpret complex contract terms and ensure accurate revenue recognition
• Lead monthly financial reviews with project managers and senior leadership
