You'll lead and develop JetBrains' global food and hospitality ecosystem as a strategic pillar of employee experience. You'll take end-to-end ownership of food services across all locations, integrating cafeterias, coffee points, and social spaces into a cohesive workplace experience. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and implement a global food and hospitality strategy aligned with company culture.
• Manage vendor ecosystem, including tenders and long-term partnerships.
• Oversee global food service performance with standardized metrics and reporting.
• Drive culinary innovation with menu frameworks emphasizing nutrition and diversity.

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience in multi-location food services or hospitality leadership.
• Proven P&L responsibility for a global food budget.
• Deep knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally.
