Description

You will be the frontline representative in Dubai, acquiring high-value luxury hotel and resort partners (gyms, spas, pools, beach access) for the ClassPass platform. You'll build relationships with senior property stakeholders and position ClassPass as a strategic revenue and exposure channel, directly contributing to expanding the partner ecosystem in the region.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience within luxury hotels, resorts, hospitality groups, beach clubs, or premium leisure operators strongly preferred
  • Comfort engaging senior stakeholders
  • Strong local market expertise and relationships

Responsibilities

  • Acquire high-value net new gyms, spa and pool access at resorts and hotels, and beach access operators
  • Identify premium properties, newly opened resorts, high-end beach clubs, and renovated hotel wellness facilities
  • Engage senior on-property and regional stakeholders
  • Understand hotel commercial structures and position ClassPass as a strategic incremental revenue and exposure channel
  • Nurture and expand relationships with existing partners
