You'll color-match, mix paint, and airbrush vehicles at Carvana's high-tech Inspection Center. Your work directly impacts vehicle quality for our customers. All you need is 1 year professional automotive painting experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Color-match and mix paint to vehicle specifications
• Airbrush vehicles for cosmetic correction
• Prepare vehicles for painting including sanding and masking

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of professional automotive painting experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and age 18+

• Experience with water-based paint systems
