You'll lead the day-to-day operations of a Sunnyside® dispensary and drive key metrics in customer acquisition, merchandising, and talent development. Your leadership will directly impact the store's profitability and the normalization of cannabis through exceptional customer experiences. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Select, onboard, and coach a high-performing dispensary team
• Conduct monthly 1:1s with assistant managers and quarterly 1:1s with staff
• Analyze store sales trends to create effective labor schedules
• Drive profitable sales through forecasting and program execution

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail management experience
• Proven experience in coaching and developing teams
• Track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
