You will lead the full lifecycle of a radar product line, coordinating cross-functional teams and customer relationships to ensure on-time delivery within budget. Your work directly supports modern defense systems that give warfighters and operators a strategic advantage.

Requirements

• B.S. in engineering, computer science, business, or related field
• 5+ years of project/program management experience on complex projects
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• PMP certification
• U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident

Responsibilities

• Lead program lifecycle to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals
• Oversee technical and operational functions, planning, and resource control
• Monitor and report program progress through regular briefings to leadership
• Coordinate cross-functionally across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and BD
• Serve as primary customer POC for contract, cost, schedule, and performance
