💼 About This Role

You'll provide direct administrative support to the Aftercare Coordinator and serve as second in charge when needed. You'll plan and coordinate curriculum, tutor students, and lead enrichment activities. This role combines mentorship, coaching, and family outreach in a project-based charter school environment.

• Provide outreach and communication to families
• Supervise school-aged children indoors and outdoors
• Plan, develop, and facilitate engaging student activities
• Assist students with learning activities and homework assignments

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with students
• Ability to work with diverse populations
• Pass background clearance and TB test
