You'll partner with newly enrolled service professionals to build customized onboarding plans and support them through their first 30 days, ensuring they achieve their goals with our product. Your success is tied to their success, with uncapped earning potential through commissions.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-facing onboarding or support role
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent English communication skills
• Hard-working, reliable, and adaptable
• Curious and eager to learn

Responsibilities

• Partner with newly enrolled Pros on custom onboarding plans
• Make 75+ outbound dials per day or maintain 5+ hours of talk time
• Listen to customer needs, handle objections, and resell product value
• Coach customers on product implementation and goal achievement
• Identify high-risk accounts and escalate to resolution paths
