Requirements
- Proven customer service or hospitality experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive problem solver with a can-do attitude
- Computer literate and able to master software systems
- Flexible availability including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Provide elite hospitality as a brand ambassador
- Manage studio tours, member queries, and surprise-and-delight moments
- Support live productions by managing class occupancy and audience placement
- Navigate digital ecosystem (TeamUp, G-Suite, Slack) for bookings and troubleshooting
- Support corporate bookings, events, and administrative tasks
