Requirements

• Proven customer service or hospitality experience
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive problem solver with a can-do attitude
• Computer literate and able to master software systems
• Flexible availability including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide elite hospitality as a brand ambassador
• Manage studio tours, member queries, and surprise-and-delight moments
• Support live productions by managing class occupancy and audience placement
• Navigate digital ecosystem (TeamUp, G-Suite, Slack) for bookings and troubleshooting
• Support corporate bookings, events, and administrative tasks
