Description

You will manage the commercial operations of a portfolio of utility-scale wind and solar projects, maximizing asset value and supporting growth initiatives. This hybrid role involves P&L management, financial analysis, contract negotiation, and mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years energy industry experience in project development, asset management, finance, or related roles
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Responsibilities

• Manage P&L and cash position for assigned generating assets
• Review monthly operational performance and financial variance reports
• Develop annual project budgets and update forecasts and financial models
• Negotiate or amend project agreements to improve performance or mitigate risk
• Serve as primary contact with PUCs, ISOs, and other external authorities
