💼 About This Role

You'll build across the stack—from frontend to backend to AI workflows—for an AI-first legal platform reimagining corporate legal services. You'll own end-to-end problems and ship features that meaningfully improve how lawyers and machines work together.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and ship features across frontend, backend, and AI systems.
• Take ideas from concept to production, including design and iteration.
• Identify high-impact work and execute with speed and quality.
• Refactor, optimize, and scale systems as the product grows.
• Collaborate with product, design, and legal teams.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years building and shipping production systems
• Strong fundamentals in systems, tradeoffs, and complexity
• Fast learner across new domains and tools
• High agency—identify and drive important problems to resolution
