You'll lead by example on the sales floor, driving customer service excellence and team performance at a growing fine jewelry brand. You'll oversee daily operations, including inventory, order fulfillment, and merchandising, while building a positive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer experience and team performance on the sales floor
• Drive KPIs including OPH, NPS, SPH, and STACK conversion
• Support inventory cycle counts and order fulfillment (BOPIS)
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and fixture integrity
• Participate in onboarding, assessment, and engagement of team members
