💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing an amazing customer experience for pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and support daily operations and sales targets. This role also involves opening and closing the store as needed.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
