Description

You will lead large-scale, cross-functional programs that support strategic Customer Success priorities, including retention and risk reviews, cross-functional alignment, and operational scalability. This role focuses on change management, stakeholder alignment, and delivering measurable business impact across the post-sales journey.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage core Customer Success cadences (QBRs, risk reviews, top deal reviews, internal planning forums)
  • Drive end-to-end coordination of key CS meetings and execution moments (blitz days, cross-functional cadences)
  • Build and maintain the CS operating calendar with planning cycles, milestones, and recurring forums
  • Partner with Product, Enablement, and CS leadership to manage new product release calendar and rollout
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Support, Product, Operations, and Finance for cross-functional alignment
