You'll deliver an elite, seven-star service experience to senior leaders and VIP clients, managing complex itineraries with a hospitality mindset. You'll act as a trusted advisor, not just a booking agent, ensuring seamless travel. This role combines premium customer service with contact center efficiency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end Executive/VIP travel including air, hotel, and ground transport
• Handle urgent travel disruptions with speed and precision
• Balance premium service delivery with productivity and SLA metrics
• Build long-term relationships through consistent high-quality service

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in premium customer service (executive travel, hospitality, luxury brands)
• Strong understanding of contact center performance metrics (productivity, CSAT, handle time)
• Exceptional communication skills with a polished and discreet style
• GDS experience (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo)
