💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in delivering an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits, manage daily operations, and meet sales targets while using your fandom knowledge to drive add-on sales. This is a part-time, hourly role at a Hot Topic location.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage return customers.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix.
• Support stock room organization and store tidiness.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
