You'll join the Testing Monitoring team to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance through rigorous control testing. You'll design and execute tests, validate data integrity, and drive remediation to uphold the highest quality standards in a high-growth FinTech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute comprehensive control testing programs for regulatory requirements.
• Oversee data stream ingestion with rigorous QA reviews and validation checks.
• Monitor supervisory oversight to ensure required reviews and approvals are completed.
• Investigate system anomalies, document defects, and triage with engineering teams.
• Track KPIs and SLAs, and prepare reports for senior leadership and partners.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in Audit, Risk Management, or Compliance.
• Deep familiarity with financial regulatory frameworks in FinTech or financial services.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into insights.
• Proficiency in issue-tracking software, reporting tools, and testing frameworks.
