You will lead hands-on training for wire harness technicians in aerospace/defense, balancing classroom instruction with on-floor coaching to build a skilled workforce that directly impacts production speed and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead classroom training sessions on manufacturing fundamentals and specialized operations for harness technicians
• Support trainees during on-the-job phase with hands-on coaching and real-time feedback
• Deliver structured, clear, engaging training aligned with quality and operations standards
• Model best practices and professionalism as on-floor coach for new apprentices
