💼 About This Role

You'll lead in-store media network installations and maintenance for a leading retail media platform. You will ensure deployments meet quality standards and resolve technical issues independently while traveling nationally. This role offers autonomy in the field and the chance to build strong store relationships.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Install TVs, media players, and equipment in stores
  • Execute new store rollouts and retrofit projects
  • Diagnose and resolve in-store technical issues
  • Manage equipment swaps, returns, and shipments

📋 Requirements

  • 2–4+ years in field service or installations
  • Ability to travel full-time (Monday–Friday)
  • Comfortable using tools (power drill, screwdriver, clamps)
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work on ladders
