You'll support research activities and draft commercial and research agreements as a mid-senior level transactional Paralegal in a fast-paced legal department. You'll focus on key risks and provide clear, actionable advice.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate research collaboration and clinical study agreements.
• Perform legal review of consent forms and study protocols.
• Manage heavy workflow and set priorities with internal clients.
• Collaborate with attorneys to design efficient contract lifecycle workflows.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a Paralegal in commercial research contracts.
• 3+ years experience in a major law firm.
• Experience advising clients in biotech or healthcare industries.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
