Description

As a Product Leader at Brex, you will drive the Growth Product team's strategy and execution to improve customer acquisition and onboarding. You'll collaborate with GTM teams, create features and models to empower sales and marketing, and work across multiple office locations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management or management consulting experience.
• Experience scaling B2B products and GTM systems.
• Strong analytical sense with data-driven decision-making; SQL proficiency preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Systems thinker capable of identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for efficiency and growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive product investments that improve GTM metrics like CAC payback and pipeline conversion.
• Define and execute a multi-quarter growth strategy with cross-functional partners.
• Embed within Sales and Marketing to identify workflow bottlenecks and lead automation initiatives.
• Analyze GTM funnel metrics to guide product priorities and roadmap decisions.
• Manage and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering high performance.
