💼 About This Role

You'll support merchants through their onboarding journey with Paytm Payments Services, guiding document submission, compliance checks, and integration readiness. Your core impact is ensuring smooth and timely activations while maintaining accurate records in CRM/ERP/Tracker. This role involves meeting daily targets on follow-ups and onboarding completions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Connect with merchants via calls, emails, or chats to guide onboarding steps.
• Ensure submission and verification of required documents (KYC, KYB).
• Follow up on pending actions like document upload, consent, and agreement acceptance.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Ops & Risk) for issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate onboarding records in CRM/ERP/Tracker.

📋 Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in telesales, operations, customer support, or onboarding.
• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi/regional language.
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
• Graduate (any stream).
