You'll provide global IT support for a fast-growing cloud data platform company, managing tickets and resolving technical issues. As a key member of the Enterprise Technology team, you'll ensure smooth operations across offices and support executive-level personnel. This role offers the chance to shape support processes in a dynamic, AI-native environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage tickets in ServiceNow and escalate priority issues
- Provide executive-level support and onsite AV assistance
- Develop and document standard operating procedures
- Prepare new hire hardware and run weekly orientation
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years supporting IT infrastructure
- 2+ years providing executive-level support
- Strong experience with Mac OS at user level
- Experience with Office 365 and Google Administration
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Jamf administration
- Knowledge of change control policies
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
