Description

You will serve as the technical foundation for our post-production and broadcast ecosystems, blending project delivery and operational support. You'll own maintenance of MAM and storage infrastructures, design automated workflows, and collaborate with creative teams to translate needs into robust technical solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years in high-volume broadcast or post-production environments
• Deep proficiency in MAM systems (Iconik preferred)
• Strong command of shared storage, workflow consultation, and transcoding standards (FFMPEG, Vantage)
• Proficiency in multi-OS administration and basic scripting (Python, JSON)
• Fluency in emerging AI technologies for workflow optimization

Responsibilities

• Own maintenance of MAM (Backlight Iconik) and shared storage infrastructures (OpenDrives, Quantum)
• Design, build, and optimize automated workflows on premises and cloud
• Primary technical lead for metadata taxonomy, video codecs, and delivery specifications
• Provide expert-level support for Mac, Linux, and Windows server environments
• Act as primary technical liaison for third-party vendors
