🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and enhance Workday Benefits and Compensation module configuration
• Design, build, test, and deploy Open Enrollment configurations
• Build, modify, and optimize custom Workday reports
• Partner cross-functionally to translate business requirements into Workday solutions
• Scope and prioritize Workday releases

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years professional experience at fast-growing global companies
• 4+ years in Workday Benefits configuration
• 2+ years configuring core HCM
• Experience in Workday business process configuration, security, and organization configuration

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Workday Benefits, Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking
• Knowledge of employment compliance and legal best practices
• Experience with Jira, Zendesk, and other applications integrating to Workday
