Description

You will drive territory growth for Okta's identity platform, focusing on net new logos and existing customer expansion. You'll manage complex sales cycles, build partnerships with C-level decision makers, and work closely with internal teams and partners to deliver revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 7+ years success growing revenue for enterprise SaaS products, preferably security/identity
  • Ability to evangelize and create demand with C-level decision makers
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong solution selling skills and proven C-suite engagement
  • Expertise using a Sales Framework such as MEDDPICC, Challenger or Sandler

Responsibilities

  • Establish vision and plan for net new logo pipeline generation
  • Consistently deliver revenue targets to support YoY territory growth
  • Identify, develop and execute account strategies to generate pipeline and drive sales
  • Scope, negotiate and close agreements to meet revenue quota
  • Utilize Okta partners to identify new opportunities
