You'll manage collections processes and resolve payment issues for a SaaS software leader in the field service industry. Your work will reduce outstanding receivables and support bad debt efforts, with opportunities to grow into Accounting, Finance, or Support roles.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage collections process with proactive outreach on past-due balances
• Monitor aging reports and reduce outstanding accounts receivable
• Utilize HighRadius and internal systems for collections and reconciliations
• Partner with Billing, Sales, and Finance to resolve discrepancies

📋 Requirements

• Experience in full-cycle collections and accounts receivable required
• Experience with HighRadius, NetSuite, Salesforce, or other ERP platforms
• Strong understanding of aging reports, bad debt management, and account reconciliation
• Ability to analyze customer accounts and identify causes of delinquency

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with HighRadius, NetSuite, Salesforce, or other collections platforms
• Strong Excel and reporting skills with large financial data sets
