🎯 What You'll Do

  • Reply to calls and emails from the public.
  • Use a knowledge base to answer customer requests.
  • Document communications in the database.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOP).

📋 Requirements

  • Fluent in English and/or Spanish (written and verbal)
  • High School diploma or GED certificate
  • Ability to obtain Public Trust Security clearance

✨ Nice to Have

  • Call center (omnichannel) background
  • Keyboarding proficiency of at least 40 wpm
  • Ability to navigate content management system
