🎯 What You'll Do
- Reply to calls and emails from the public.
- Use a knowledge base to answer customer requests.
- Document communications in the database.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOP).
📋 Requirements
- Fluent in English and/or Spanish (written and verbal)
- High School diploma or GED certificate
- Ability to obtain Public Trust Security clearance
✨ Nice to Have
- Call center (omnichannel) background
- Keyboarding proficiency of at least 40 wpm
- Ability to navigate content management system
