You'll step into a pivotal leadership role as the senior People partner to the leadership team, covering a maternity leave through 2026. You'll keep the people strategy on track and maintain the team experience in a fast-moving, high-growth scale-up. This role offers real autonomy from day one with structured handover support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as senior People lead for the leadership team.
• Own ongoing people operations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Drive recruitment for critical roles during coverage.
• Support and coach managers on team dynamics.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of People/HR experience in a startup or scale-up.
• Experience as a senior HR lead or HRBP.
• Ability to hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up.
• Comfortable operating as a generalist across HR, culture, and recruitment.
