Lead accounting advisory projects for high-growth companies and Fortune 100 brands. You'll manage client relationships, provide technical accounting guidance, and drive project delivery in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA and/or CMA certification
• 8+ years of professional services experience (public accounting or advisory) or equivalent relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of SEC reporting, U.S. GAAP, and SOX standards
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and build teams

Responsibilities

• Support IPO preparation, transaction support, carve-outs/spin-offs, audit readiness, and adoption of new accounting pronouncements
• Provide research-based guidance on technical accounting issues and recommend solutions
• Create and deliver presentations on technical concepts and project deliverables to stakeholders
• Review team progress for compliance with work program and professional standards
• Identify and implement business solutions to improve firm's methodology
