💼 About This Role

You'll support the Crest Investment Office in stewarding single-family office capital across operating businesses, real assets, and non-core investments. You'll directly influence real investment decisions including portfolio construction, performance evaluation, and capital deployment. This role emphasizes long-term capital stewardship and depth of analysis over transaction volume.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare quarterly portfolio allocation and performance reports.
• Research and analyze investment opportunities sourced by the Investment Committee.
• Monitor existing investments for performance, concentration, and risks.
• Support preparation of Investment Committee meeting materials.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–5+ years of experience in investment analysis or related roles.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to think in long-term, risk-adjusted return frameworks.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with family office or endowment investing.
• CFA or CAIA designation.
• Knowledge of alternatives such as private equity or real assets.
