Description

You will drive district and state-level adoption of Code.org's K-12 curriculum by building a regional pipeline, engaging superintendents and senior administrators, and securing formal commitments. This role focuses on growing the number of schools actively using our curriculum through strategic outreach, policy leverage, and champion development.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience selling EdTech products to administrators or working with school districts
  • Demonstrated success in generating and converting multi-stakeholder opportunities
  • Strong communication skills including executive-level presentations
  • Ability to analyze data to guide outreach and strategy
  • Experience navigating K-12 curriculum adoption or procurement processes

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a regional growth strategy aligned to annual adoption goals
  • Build and manage a pipeline of district opportunities from outreach through formal commitment
  • Lead consultative conversations with senior district stakeholders and navigate decision-making processes
  • Identify and cultivate internal district champions, facilitating peer connections with successful adopters
  • Represent Code.org at regional conferences, district convenings, and leadership events
