💼 About This Role

You'll lead enterprise-wide Lean transformation initiatives and drive AI-enabled continuous improvement across multiple business functions. You will combine deep Lean expertise with emerging AI capabilities to design scalable transformation programs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead Lean transformation initiatives across Operations, Finance, HR, Accounting, Procurement, and Technology.
• Facilitate value stream mapping, Kaizen events, and structured problem-solving using DMAIC, A3, 8D.
• Identify and coordinate AI-enabled process improvement opportunities with intelligent automation and ML.
• Manage portfolio of process excellence and AI transformation projects, ensuring strategic alignment and governance.

📋 Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in process excellence or operational transformation leadership.
• Lean certification and/or Six Sigma Black Belt required; Master Black Belt preferred.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies such as LLMs, intelligent automation, or MLOps platforms.
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise platforms.

• Master Black Belt (MBB) certification
• Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies
• Ability to travel frequently for transformation initiatives
