Description

You will educate free users about Asana's premium products, manage inbound and outbound communications, conduct qualification meetings, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop outreach strategies. This role is based in Dublin with a hybrid schedule (office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday).

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English
• Eagerness to learn and advance in SaaS sales
• Prior customer-facing or inbound/outbound sales experience
• Effective communication and empathy
• Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies

Responsibilities

• Educate free users about Premium, Business, and Enterprise products
• Maintain active engagement with prospects using creative follow-up
• Manage high volume of inbound and outbound communications
• Conduct qualification meetings with new customers
• Accurately maintain Salesforce activity and prospect information
