💼 About This Role

You'll provide tier 3 technical escalation and enhance endpoint engineering for a biotechnology company. You'll bridge between help desk and experts in Cloud, Network, and M365 to optimize service delivery. This role offers exposure to scientific cloud and identity management systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide tier 3 technical escalation support to help desk
• Develop endpoint engineering capabilities and automation
• Review and onboard new applications into Identity and Access Management
• Perform onsite support in server closets including racking equipment

📋 Requirements

• At least 5 years in IT and 2 years in-house systems administration
• Strong understanding of Windows 11 and Windows Server
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Intune for user and device administration
• Intermediate understanding of scripting and automation using PowerShell, Terraform, Bash, or Python

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• Experience with MacOS JAMF
• Experience with compliance regulations like PCI, HIPAA, GDPR
