💼 About This Role

You'll lead new hardware products from prototype to high-volume manufacturing for a unicorn IoT startup. Your work will directly shape product quality and scalability. Own electrical readiness across the NPI lifecycle.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead NPI builds from EVT to ramp, ensuring electrical readiness
• Drive product transfer to internal and external manufacturing partners
• Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions
• Define and deploy production test strategies
• Design and maintain test fixtures and programming stations

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in electrical engineering with NPI focus
• Proven experience scaling hardware from prototype to mass production
• Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with offshore manufacturers
• Familiarity with Altium or OrCAD
• Knowledge of I2C, SPI, UART protocols
