Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in fashion merchandising with a focus on international markets
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data and trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional team collaboration
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in merchandising software and tools (Powerpoint, Excel, Adobe Illustrator)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement international merchandising assortments and pricing strategies to meet sales targets and market needs
• Curate specific assortments by channel for each international market in alignment with global retail approach
• Partner with global merchandising, design, buying, and planning teams on seasonal investment strategies
• Create, manage, and update all seasonal assortment tools
• Consolidate international partners' seasonal performance and provide detailed reports and recommendations
