📋 Requirements

• Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
• Strong technical problem-solving skills in ambiguous environments
• Builder and tinkerer's mindset with high agency
• Strong English and Japanese communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production
• Been a founder or founding engineer
• Familiarity with eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering
