You'll lead a team of Emerging Enterprise Account Executives to win net-new logos for Braze's Customer Journey Orchestration platform. You'll directly impact growth by driving outbound pipeline generation and accelerating deals. This role offers the opportunity to shape a high-growth sales team in a dynamic market.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead a team of Emerging Enterprise Account Executives
- Drive outbound pipeline generation and hunt new logos
- Coach reps to lead with value in competitive deals
- Participate directly in prospect-facing engagements
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years of proven experience within Sales
- 5+ years managing a team of Emerging Enterprise Sales Executives
- Ability to recruit, retain, and develop top talent
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills

- Prior experience selling to Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams
- Prior experience selling Mobile or Marketing Technology
