💼 About This Role

You'll lead the corporate systems portfolio at Harvey, owning the strategy and operations of the technology stack that runs hiring, pay, planning, revenue, and procurement. You'll have strong opinions on configuration and architecture and partner with finance and people leaders to drive impact at a high-growth AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the corporate systems portfolio and multi-year roadmap across HRIS, ERP, procurement, and integrations.
• Lead and grow a team of People Systems and Finance Systems specialists.
• Partner with Finance and People leaders to translate requirements into effective systems.
• Run Workday and NetSuite ecosystems with release management, testing, and security governance.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of enterprise/business systems experience.
• 4+ years leading teams owning HRIS and ERP platforms in production.
• Deep operating experience with Workday HCM and NetSuite ERP at a high-growth company.
• Experience managing corporate systems through scaling milestones like new countries, entities, and audit readiness.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI company scaling past 1,000 employees.
• Experience deploying agentic AI or LLM-based automation inside corporate systems.
• Familiarity with Zip, Carta, Deel, Remote, Ramp, or similar finance-adjacent SaaS.
