💼 About This Role

You'll assess clients and coordinate interdisciplinary treatment plans in a behavioral health setting. Your work directly supports individuals on their recovery journey using recovery-based tools and psychosocial rehabilitation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assess clients to identify problem areas necessitating treatment.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary team meetings and discharge planning.
• Implement and coordinate overall treatment plan for clients.
• Work closely with nursing staff to ensure treatment continuity.

📋 Requirements

• Two years of full-time experience in a mental health setting.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or behavioral sciences.
• Knowledge of DSM-5 and psychosocial rehabilitation principles.
