💼 About This Role

You'll be the first Solutions Engineer at Railway, a rapidly growing platform that makes deployment simple. You'll work directly with the CEO and product team to guide customers in adopting Railway for production environments, building demos and proof of concepts while advocating for customer needs to shape the product. This role offers the chance to break ground on revenue and grow with the company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide customers on onboarding and success with Railway
• Collaborate with product team to advocate for customer needs
• Build proof of concepts and demos for prospects
• Design scalable processes for identifying quality prospects

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in a solutions engineering or customer-facing technical role
• Experience with infrastructure products like cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Ability to deconstruct customer feedback into actionable requirements
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced startup environments

• Experience with Terraform and Kubernetes
• Background in developer tools or PaaS companies
