You'll oversee tax production processes and resource allocation strategies across multiple offices, ensuring efficient workflow and talent deployment. You'll collaborate with Partners to drive firm productivity and quality client service.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage tax production processes including return assembly and extensions.
• Supervise electronic filing, portals, and CCH Workflow reporting.
• Develop resource allocation strategies for scheduling and utilization.
• Train and mentor Tax Operations Coordinators and tax professionals.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Accounting, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in tax operations, accounting, or resource management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel preferred).
• Working knowledge of Axcess Tax, CCH Document, GoFileRoom, SafeSend, and CCH Workflow.

• Experience with resource management in a professional services firm.
• Certification in project management or resource management.
• Knowledge of tax compliance processes in a multi-office environment.
