💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Pioneer Program, an elite team of Postgres AI experts working with strategic partners to define high-value solutions for key customers. You'll ensure seamless execution across internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver measurable results. This role offers the chance to influence cross-functional leaders and shape operating models.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Align cross-functional teams to ensure customer success
• Define operating models and engagement plans
• Identify resource needs and mitigate risks
• Provide timeline and status updates to leadership

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of technical solutions or product management experience
• Experience engaging with multiple stakeholders across sales, services, product, and engineering
• Proven ability to influence product/service improvements based on customer feedback
• Demonstrated experience in fostering deep stakeholder relationships

• Experience with Postgres or database technologies
• Background in AI or data platform solutions
