You'll lead the retail team at our Greenwich store, serving as a brand ambassador and building relationships to cultivate an unparalleled service culture while coaching and mentoring associates. This full-time role requires a retail schedule including weekends. You'll work cross-functionally with marketing, eCommerce, creative, and operations partners.

• Retail management experience or service industry management background

• High degree of flexibility and initiative
