🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead global expansion initiatives across product and engineering teams
• Scale marketing investments with data-driven analysis and prioritization
• Partner with StratFin and Data to analyze margin levers and pricing
• Build tooling for goal tracking, resource allocation, and blocker resolution

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field
• 5-6+ years experience in consulting, investment banking/PE, or fast-growing startup
• Able to move remarkably fast with little structure and guidance
• Demonstrated ability to work and influence cross-functionally

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience working on a marketplace or two-sided platform
• Passion for buying and selling in online marketplace communities
• Proficiency with SQL and dashboards
